3 weeks in..

So I am starting this already 3 weeks in to my diet. To date I have already accomplished losing 9 lbs..which is not a large number when I think of how hard I have worked, but at least it is something! Gotta start with the small numbers, right? I have started my plan off with the basics..eating healthy and exercising. I eat 3 small meals and 2 small snacks a day. I pair that with working out both in the morning and at night..so far it is doing the trick for me. I also let myself have the occasional "bad for me" snack. (one small thing a week, if that!) I don't believe in completely cutting out everything, if you do that, you're destined for a binge! I would rather give in to my craving every once in a while than put it aside until I want to eat 2 cupcakes instead of half of one! The main thing is finding foods that are good for me and taste good! The main part I have to concentrate on is the exercising..the eating comes easy to me, no matter if it's healthy or not haha. I am very excited though, because I ordered the Turbo Fire program today, which will add a bit of a switch up to my workout plan. I am hoping that I will be able to stick with this whole new lifestyle and become my "dream" self. I will try to update this as often as possible and hope to motivate some people along the way! :]
